Another memo to self moment: stretch before you do the Wii stuff. and stretch before you run. Or else you end up barely going a mile and in muscle achy/crampiness the whole time...
Yeah I crapped out today. I admit it. I sucked today. My legs hurt so bad when I got home that I had a hard time sitting down. And yet stupid me put on the shoes and walked out the front door and attempted to run. Didn't go too well. I wimped out and turned around early. My (ok just my inner thighs) burned the whole time.
Yes, I suck. But I will do it again tomorrow...
Tomorrow is a new day - and its ok to have a run from hell. It will get better!
